DELIVERY TIMES

UK Mainland Delivery
Orders are shipped and tracked and are usually delivered within 3-5 business days (standard delivery).

UK Non-Mainland Delivery
Orders are shipped and tracked and are usually delivered within 5-7 business days (standard delivery).

EUROPE
Orders are shipped with tracked and usually delivered within 5-7 business days.

We use tracked courier services and provide a tracking number. If we are unable to deliver, we will refund you in full.

We understand that some countries charge customs duties and taxes on parfums products. We are sorry that we can’t be responsible for these other than the post Brexit exception for EU customers noted below. If customs duties or taxes are payable, the delivery company will contact you when your goods have shipped and tell you how to pay.

The above shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays that are out of our control. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as an email to let you know once we have dispatched your order.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CREDIT FOR EU CUSTOMERS

We know that post Brexit there is some uncertainty about EU customs duties and VAT/taxes for products from the UK. We don’t want our EU customers to worry about this change and currently this is included in the price.

RETURNS

Please email to our customer service team at customerservicehk@outlook.com. We will refund or exchange any item when you return it to us in original condition, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by the carrier to your nominated address. We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened or tested.
